Four ways teams use the same workspace
Compliance, classes, onboarding, and more than one language. The steps stay put. The assignment changes.

The steps stay put
Teams arrive with a job: a policy that has to be finished, a class that needs a quiz, a cohort of new hires, or a group that reads a different language. The workspace answers all four with the same path. Invite, create, assign, learn, review.
What changes is the assignment: the material, the language, and the deadline. An admin, a trainer, and a learner still divide the work the same way.
Company compliance
Send a safety briefing or a policy assessment to a team, set a deadline, and confirm who finished before it is overdue. Employees join with a code. The admin reads completion in the workspace.
A Friday deadline in Spanish is an ordinary assignment. The trainer keeps the source, chooses Spanish for that team, and leaves the other teams on the language they already use.
Schools and classes
A trainer builds the quiz once. Learners take it in class. Pictures stay with the questions, so a diagram is still there when a student opens the item.
After results, practice is limited to the questions they missed. The next lesson can start from the gap. A full retake is optional, and the trainer does not have to author a second quiz for the same material.
Product and onboarding
Turn notes or a walkthrough into a quiz for new hires, assign the onboarding team, and read progress through the week. The quiz answers “who is ready for the next step?”
When the material needs a walkthrough before the check, add a slide course. When a few terms keep causing misses, add flashcards. Quizzes, courses, and flashcards can sit on the same team.
More than one language
Author in the language the trainer works in. Choose the learner’s language when you assign. The source stays with the trainer. The class keeps one deadline.
Spanish and French are the examples trainers use most often. Other languages are the same setting on the assignment. The learner opens that language. The pictures and the deadline stay with the questions. The full note is assign in the learner’s language.
Pick the job, keep the workspace
The next assignment can be a different kind of work in the same organization. Invite the people, turn the material you already have into the assignment, and read who is ready.
The use cases page is the short version of these four jobs. This note is the same map, with the assignment each job actually sends.
