Use your organization’s model key
Generation can use a Gemini, OpenAI, or Claude key that belongs to the organization. Usage is the token count.
The admin sets the key
An admin chooses the model and stores the organization’s key. Trainers create quizzes from notes, pictures, or written questions. Generation uses that key.
Trainers do not each bring a personal key. The organization has one, and the workspace uses it when someone generates.
Read the token count
With your own key, usage is the token count and the model provider bills you. With the Quizflex key, Quizflex pays for the model.
The workspace is the same either way. Roles, assignments, and languages do not change with the billing choice. Pricing for both options is on the pricing page.
