The screen stays familiar
Admin, trainer, and learner share one organization. The navigation changes with the role, so each person sees the work that belongs to them. The five-step path is the same underneath: invite, create, assign, learn, review.
The people below are composite illustrations of those roles. They show a typical week. They are not named customers.
The admin keeps the organization in order
An admin invites members, sets the model and the key, and reads completion and token usage. In a company that person might be an operations lead. In a school they might be the one who owns the account. The job is the same: people, the key, and a clear view of who is ready.
On Monday they open a safety briefing due Friday and see 64 of 86 finished. They leave the quiz as it is. The gap is already visible, and the trainers already have the assignment.

The trainer builds what people will actually take
A trainer creates from notes or pictures, assigns a class or team, and chooses the language learners will see. In a company workspace they can also put a slide course and a flashcard deck on that same team.
A product trainer writes the walkthrough in English, assigns it in English for one team and in French for another, and leaves flashcards for the terms people keep mixing up. The source stays in one place. The assignment carries the language and the deadline.

The learner only sees their work
A learner joins with a code and opens a portal: assignments, courses, flashcards, and their classes or teams. They take the quiz, see the picture with each question, and practice the questions they missed.
A new hire finishes the onboarding quiz, misses three items about the returns desk, and practices those three. The rest of the quiz stays finished. The deadline on the original assignment does not move.

Put the three in one week
The admin invites the cohort on Monday. The trainer assigns the work the same day. Learners finish through the week. On Friday the admin reads completion, and the trainer looks at what was missed.
That week is the product. Use cases shows how compliance, classes, onboarding, and language assignments fit the same three roles.
